Andrew Block

Andrew Block is a global Business Executive and Chief Human Resources Officer with over 25 years of leadership experience. He has a successful track record of setting strategy and delivering results. As a CHRO he has developed deep expertise in delivering human capital solutions that drive organizational success. Andrew drives bottom-line results, shapes culture, champions diversity and inclusion, and creates shareholder value.

As a Fortune 500 executive, Andrew knows what it takes to achieve success and deliver shareholder value. He also understands the value that coaching and the right human capital capabilities differentiate organizations from their competitors. Andrew’s passion for creating individual and organizational success compelled him to found BPS and use his expertise to impact the broader marketplace.

While many coaching and consulting organizations offer value, there was always something missing for him. Andrew founded Block Performance Solutions on three principles:

1) Make It Personal & Flexible – Everybody’s situation is different. Leverage theory and best practices, but make it personally connect to every individual’s learning styles and goals.

2) Make It Real – All coaching and consulting should be directly relative and applicable to your day-to-day and long-term strategic objectives.

3) Make It Impactful – Build a long-term relationship and understand your goals and aspirations. BPS is not just an “outside expert,” but a true thought partner who is committed to your success.
